Our school moved to it’s current location in 1915 and has benefitted from several renovations and alterations over the years. We have large, airy classrooms with shared practical areas, a school library, an oasis calm space and a large school hall with a stage and a range of PE equipment.
Each classroom in the lower phases of the school has free flowing extensive outdoor provision which includes construction, sand, water, role play, planters and growing areas.
Tucked away from view, the school surrounds two courtyard playgrounds with a range of outdoor equipment such as climbing frames, trim trail, seating areas, bike storage and shelters for inclement weather. There is also a small AstroTurf area dedicated to our Nursery Plus provision with a mud kitchen and sensory items.
Also attached to the school we have a very large playing field which includes a fully resourced outdoor classroom, a wooded forest school area, trim trail and a storytelling seated area.
