Welcome to Grwp Melyn – Class B – Year 2!
The class teacher is Mrs Jodie Jones. The teaching assistant is Miss A Hemmings. On Wednesday afternoon Mrs K Christian teaches the class their weekly spellings.
Our outdoor learning day is Thursday during Summer term (outdoor kits to be worn to school) and wellies should be left in school.
PE indoors is on a Wednesday morning and PE kits will be sent home each term to be washed. Your child will need a pair of pumps (indoors) and a pair of trainers (outdoors). Joggers & hoodie are needed for colder months.
Our Spring topic title is “Pole to Pole” with a focus on geography and exploring our wolrd, and the polar region animals! We are also set to meet a “real life” explorer who lives in Wrexham.
