Caring, Inspiring, Achieving

Welcome to the PTA page!

What is the PTA?
The PTA is a group of teachers and parents who organise activities to raise money to help our children have the best experience at school. Over the years the PTA has been able to buy 3 new play kitchens and waterproof clothing for the foundation phase, a new football kit for the school team and lots of books for key stage 2. This year the PTA has already bought more books for KS2, funded a visit from Coverdale Puppet Company for the whole school and part funded a troupe of Bollywood Dancers for foundation phase. We are hoping to fund the cost of replacing the stage lighting and the cost of the coaches for the annual pantomime visit.

Who can get involved?
Parents, carers, guardians, grandparents can get involved. You can help as little or as much as you like. We need people who can support various activities from selling raffle tickets at Sports Day to getting involved in the planning and organising side of things. We meet each term and the meetings are friendly and informal. Don’t be nervous if you are new to school, it’s a great way to meet people!
